Construction Day 3

The last major wall is down. This one was a corrugated metal partition between two parts of the building that had to come down to make room for the lounge. As the wall came down, they discovered that the concrete floors are at two different heights. This will require some extra work with the jackhammer to bring the higher floor down to level with the rest of the building.

As some minor demo continues, the next big step is to start building the containment walls for the range. Since the building is basically a corrugated metal warehouse, we need to build a complete “building within a building” that will be completely bulletproof in all six directions. Stay tuned…

The metal wall between spaces has been removed.
