DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\nWESTON SHOOTERS CLUB\n2025 Club Competition\nFriendly
  speed steel plate shooting competition\nThursday November 13 th 6pm – 9
 pm\nTarget: 6-inch steel plates on dueling tree stands\n\nSpeed: Timed sho
 oting (Best of 3 attempts)\n\nCaliber: 9mm pistol only (38 caliber revolve
 r optional)\n\nMagazines: Minimum of 2 with a maximum of 10 round capacity
 \n\nSights: Iron or optics (Shooter’s choice)\n\nCompetition rules:\n\n1
 . Shooter may use as many 10 round magazines as needed to hit all\nthe pla
 tes.\n\n2. One shooter at a time will load their firearm at the station an
 d go\nto a low ready with their firearm resting on the bench.\n\n3. At the
  beep of the timer the shooter will fire as fast as he / she can\nin a saf
 e manner to hit all the plates. Reload as needed.\n\n4. The plates on the 
 tree stands must be hit and must swing to the\nother side of the stand to 
 count as a hit. Confirmed by judges.\n\n5. Shooter will have a chance to s
 hoot 3 times for their best score.\n\nThis is a friendly competition and s
 afety shall be maintained at all\ntimes. As with all steel plate shooting\
 , some debris my bounce back\, so\nall participants and spectators must we
 ar eye and hearing protection.\nDepending on the number of participants th
 e total money raised will be\ndivided into 1 st and 2 nd place winners\, l
 ess any expenses.\nFirst place winner will have their name placed on the c
 ompetition\nplaque in the lounge.\n
